Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) to Arusha Transfer
Enjoy a smooth and reliable transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to Arusha. Your professional driver from Tanzania Safari Experience will meet you on arrival and ensure a comfortable journey of about one hour to your hotel or lodge in Arusha.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park to Karatu
After breakfast, you depart Arusha and travel toward Tarangire National Park, a journey of about three hours through beautiful countryside and local villages. Tarangire is well known for having the highest concentration of elephants in northern Tanzania, as well as its impressive baobab trees and seasonal river that attracts abundant wildlife. You will enjoy an extensive game drive inside the park, spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and many bird species. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park, allowing you to enjoy the natural surroundings before continuing to your lodge in the Karatu area for dinner and overnight.
