Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required deposit or full payment; and
  • Written confirmation from Tanzania Safari Experience.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued.


2. Payments

Payments may be made through approved payment methods provided by Tanzania Safari Experience.

Any bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processing fees remain the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Cancellation by Traveler

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

More than 60 days before arrival

Refund of payments received, less unrecoverable expenses and transaction fees.

31–60 days before arrival

Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply.

15–30 days before arrival

Up to 75% cancellation fee may apply.

14 days or less before arrival

Up to 100% cancellation fee may apply.

Actual refund amounts may vary depending on supplier cancellation policies and non-refundable services already secured.


4. Non-Refundable Costs
