Welcome to Kenya Safari Adventures
Welcome to Kenya, one of Africa’s most famous safari destinations. Kenya is known for its beautiful landscapes, rich culture, and amazing wildlife. From wide open savannahs to mountains, lakes, and national parks, Kenya offers a true African safari experience.
Kenya is one of the best places in Africa to see wild animals in their natural home. It is especially popular for game drives, Big Five safaris, cultural experiences, and the world-famous Great Migration.
One of the top safari destinations in Kenya is the Maasai Mara National Reserve. This is one of the most visited wildlife areas in Africa and one of the best places to see lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos. The Maasai Mara is also famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration, when huge numbers of wildebeest and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing.
Another incredible place to visit is Tsavo National Park, one of the largest national parks in Kenya. Tsavo is known for its large elephant herds, beautiful landscapes, and wide range of wildlife including lions, giraffes, antelopes, and many bird species.
Kenya is also a country full of culture and tradition. Visitors can learn about the Maasai people and other local communities, discover traditional ways of life, and enjoy a deeper connection to East Africa beyond wildlife alone.
A safari in Kenya is more than just seeing animals. It is about exploring nature, enjoying unforgettable views, and creating memories that last for life. Whether you want a luxury safari, a family holiday, a honeymoon trip, or a private wildlife adventure, Kenya has something special for every traveler.
Book your Kenya safari today and discover the beauty, wildlife, and adventure that make Kenya one of the top safari destinations in Africa.

KENYA: BIRTHPLACE OF SAFARI
Home to the iconic Big Five and the world-famous Great Migration in the Masai Mara, Kenya remains one of Africa’s most celebrated safari destinations. With its endless savannahs, rich wildlife, and breathtaking natural beauty, Kenya offers the kind of safari experience many travelers dream about—raw, unforgettable, and deeply inspiring. From dramatic wildlife encounters to sweeping landscapes that seem to go on forever, every journey through Kenya feels truly extraordinary.
Countless experiences
Beyond traditional safaris, Kenya offers much more to discover, from vibrant cities and cultural experiences to white-sand beaches and unforgettable coastal adventures.
Best time to visit Kenya
Kenya offers rewarding safari experiences in every season, but the type of experience changes throughout the year. The drier months are ideal for wildlife viewing because animals are easier to spot around rivers, waterholes and open plains. From roughly July to October, the Maasai Mara can also host large herds of wildebeest and zebra moving through the ecosystem as part of the Great Migration.
The greener months bring a different side of Kenya, with fresh landscapes, fewer vehicles in many safari areas and excellent conditions for photography and birdwatching. Wildlife remains present throughout the year, so choosing when to travel depends less on finding a single “best” month and more on what you want to see, your budget and how much you want to avoid peak season crowds.
What Is a Safari?
The word “safari” comes from Swahili and means “journey” or “travel.” Today, a safari is known as a wildlife adventure through Africa, where travelers visit national parks and game reserves to experience nature and animals in their natural habitat.
In Kenya, a safari usually includes exciting game drives, where you explore famous parks and reserves while searching for wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, leopards, and many more incredible species.

mattropolisJuly 31, 2026★★★★★Great Tanzanian vacation
We toured with Tanzania Safari Experience for an eight day trip to Tanzania. Five days of safari and then three days of beach vacation in Zanzibar. They were great to work with and customized everything exactly the way we wanted it. The lodges we were booked in were all incredible, particularly the Lahia Tented Lodge in the Serengeti. Our driver, Jay, seemed to know every road in every national park and as a result the wildlife viewing was unparalleled. There were times where we were the only vehicle seeing lions or hippos. The owner, Laurent, was extremely responsive and any issues we had in-country with our logistics were immediately sorted by him. He genuinely wanted us to have a first-rate experience. The only thing we were unprepared for is that some of the days in the safari vehicle were very long (10+ hours) and the roads can be really rough. But there were plenty of cold drinks in the car and it was worth it to see the wildlife. The safari/beach split was a great way to do the vacation and the beaches of Zanzibar were beautiful with clear blue water.

nicolykiardopoul2018June 2, 2026★★★★★Safari May 2026
This company exceeded everything we’d hoped for. From the start, the tour operator had everything covered — a detailed itinerary laid out well in advance, quick responses to any questions, and a genuine attentiveness that made the whole thing feel effortless. The accommodation was seriously impressive. Not what I was expecting at all — comfortable, well-appointed, and luxurious. We also spent time right in the heart of the bush. A proper treat. The two people who really made this trip were our guide Mariki and photographer Agnes. Mariki’s knowledge of the bush and animal behaviour is something else — he always seemed to know exactly where to go, and his instincts paid off every single time. Agnes has a brilliant eye and captured shots we could never have got ourselves. As for the wildlife — we saw far more than we ever imagined we would. Elephants, lions, leopard, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, hippos — the lot. As a first safari, I couldn’t have asked for more. Would recommend without hesitation.

370godsongJanuary 3, 2026★★★★★Great Experience with Tanzania Safari Experience
We had an amazing safari with Tanzania Safari Experience, and honestly the whole trip was put together really well by Laurent and his team. From our first message to the last day, they were easy to reach, quick to reply, and clear about everything. The plan made sense, the timing was smooth, and we didn’t have to stress about anything. Uncle J was a big part of what made it special. He knows the parks incredibly well and seems to notice things before anyone else. He’d position the vehicle perfectly for photos and often got us to sightings before the crowds built up. We were lucky to see [your highlights: migration / lions / cheetahs / elephants / a crossing], and every drive felt exciting and different. The vehicle was comfortable and in good shape, and everything ran on schedule. If you’re looking for a well-organized safari with a great guide, I’d definitely recommend Tanzania Safari Experience.
